A little bit about me..
My name is Anna-Maria Donaghy. I have worked at St Benet’s since September 1979 in Early Years and love being with the younger children in the school. I am a mam to 2 grown up children and two lovely grandsons. I enjoy spending weekends with my grandchildren visiting Penshaw Monument, the Angel of the North and going to the caravan at Warkworth.
My favourite children’s book is…
There was an old lady who swallowed a fly, as the children are so enthusiastic when reading this story.
The thing I love about St Benet’s is…
the fantastic staff and children I work with. Also, because I have been here so long, I am now seeing the second generation of children starting school-this is lovely to see.
